how long will it take to complete my order?
Most orders take 2 - 5 days to complete however could take longer depending on supply levels and availability. We do offer rush orders when our schedule allows, a rush fee applies.
can you ship my order to me?
Yes, we offer shipping to anywhere in Canada.
what if i'm unhappy with my order?
Hey, we're all human here, and sometimes things happen.
It is super important to double check your proofs when we send them to make sure there are no errors, spelling mistakes, and oopsie daiseys. Once a proof is approved you are responsible for any mistakes in the design.
If your notice something isn't quite right in the printing quality of the product, please let us know right away and we will make it right.
how do i send you my files?
